Victoria has led communications projects in mining, energy, infrastructure, and finance sectors - working with both multinational corporations and national champions.
Before founding New Stage Advisory, she served as General Manager at Montfort Eurasia, leading landmark campaigns for Uzbekistan. Her background includes leadership roles at international consultancies, including FTI Consulting and FleishmanHillard.
Olga is an expert in global management advisory specializing in strategic and financial communications.
Before founding New Stage Advisory, Olga held executive roles at NW Advisors and FTI Consulting in Zurich and Moscow. She has worked with leading global banks and industrial giants.
Currently, Olga is an Executive MBA candidate at the University of Zurich and holds certificates in Sustainability Strategies and Digital Marketing from Standford University.
Annie is a seasoned communication expert with over 15 years of experience across government, corporate, and agency sectors. She has held leadership positions at top international communication agencies, leading diverse teams in PR and public affairs for a wide range of clients across industries.
Beginning her career at News Corporation and later working with an NGO, Annie has developed deep expertise in media relations, social media, and stakeholder engagement—especially within China’s dynamic media landscape. Her strong relationships with government, NGOs, and industry stakeholders support her strategic and impactful approach to communication.
